Recipe for Doll Skirt Pudding
A. 25 G Agar agar
B. 120 ML/G Water
C. 400 G Sugar
D. A few pandan leaves
(Mix together)
90 ML thick coconut milk (add in a pinch of salt)
90 ML fresh milk
Method
1. Boil the agar agar, water and sugar together. Take 100ml of the agar agar mixture, mix with a dash of yellow colouring and 2 tablespoons of warm water, then let it set in the skirt mould. When set, scratches the top of the agar agar using a satay stick before pouring another 100ml of agar agar with 2 tablespoons coconut milk mixture and a dash of yellow coloring.
2. Do the same for the green, blue, purple and pink layers.
3. Lastly use 150ml for both the red layers.
4. Let the agar agar set before turning out from the mould.
Note: You can use the same measurements for all other agar agar preparation.
