Method:
1. Cream salted butter with egg until light and fluffy
2. Add in Biscuit Mix, mix until well combined.
3. Add in chopped mixed fruits. Use spoons to drop the batter.
4. Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes (do not use the fan)
