BAKERS 365 Premium Portuguese Egg Tart Shells come ready to fill — simply pour in your custard or creative fillings and bake to golden perfection. Each flaky, buttery shell is crafted from high-grade pastry flour, delivering a crisp texture and rich aroma that melts in your mouth.
Ideal for home bakers, cafés, and bakeries seeking consistency and convenience. Keep frozen and bake only what you need — fresh, warm, and delicious every time.
Our layered crust shells feature well-defined layers and a beautifully scalloped edge in their raw frozen state. With a natural buttery hue and firm, crack-free dough, the shells hold their shape during handling and require no thawing — just fill and bake directly.

Bake in a deck oven at 250°C (top heat) and 210°C (bottom heat) for 20 minutes, then rotate the tray and bake for another 5 minutes until golden brown spots appear.
