Bring the authentic taste of Portugal to your table with ease. With Bakers 365 Ready-to-Use Portuguese Egg Tart Filling, delicious homemade treats are just a bake away!
Usage instructions:
A. The product must be fully thawed before use, and shaking is strictly prohibited.
B. There is no need to thaw the tart shells in advance.
C. Preheat the oven for 2 minutes.
1. Place the egg tart cream in the refrigerator (at a temperature of 2℃ to -7℃) for thawing 1-2 days in advance. In case of urgent need, it can also be thawed using warm water at about 40°C.
2. After opening, pour it directly into the tart shells and bake in the oven. Depending on the differences in ovens, the optimal baking temperature for Portuguese egg tarts is an upper heat of 220℃ and a lower heat of 200℃, with a baking time of about 20 minutes. Exceeding the baking time will result in a coarse internal texture of the egg tarts, while insufficient baking time will affect the crispiness of the tart shell bottom.
3.The thawed egg tart cream should be used as soon as possible. Any unused portion should be stored in the refrigerator (at a temperature of 2℃ to -7℃). Do not use it if it has been stored for more than three days.
