Egg Size A: 5 Eggs
Santan (coconut milk): 125ml
Water: 625ml/g
Wheat Flour, Tapioca Starch, Emilsifier (INS471, INS475), Corn Starch, Sugar, Soya Protein, Leavening Agent (INS500, INS450, INS757, INS341 (i), Flavouring, Shortening Powder, Isomalt (INS953) & Thickeners (INS415, INS401, INS412, INS407), Sucralose (INS955)

Method:
1. Place all the items in a mixing bowl
2 WHISK at high speed for 6 to 7 minutes until fluffy
3. Preheat waffle iron and spray or brush with oil (Do this for every waffle).
4. Ladle the batter into a preheated and oiled waffleiron and cook for 5 minutes at 200°C to 210°C until golden brown
5. Serve warm with chocolate cream, butter or any other toppings
