Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix is made with real mushroom and milk to help you deliver a great tasting, classic mushroom soup which you can use as it is, or as a base sauce for pies, sauces or casseroles.
Preparation
1. Dissolve 70g of Knorr Cream of Mushroom Soup Mix in 1 litre of room temperature water.
2. Bring mixture to the boil, stir frequently, and simmer for 3 minutes or until thickened.
3. Serve soup as it is, or as a base sauce for pies, sauces or casseroles.
