Usage direction:
For preparation of coated crispy fries from shrimp, fish, squid, vegetables, etc.
1. Rince ingredients with water and drain.
2. Mix powder with water in the following ratio: 1/2 cup of water to 1 cup of powder. Stir until well blended.
3. Dip ingredients into batter.
4. Deep fry in hot oil until the pieces turn to golden brown colour.
