With a name derived from the ancient Greek ‘chamomaela’
meaning ground apple — so called because the scent of the flower is
similar to apple blossom — chamomile can trace its brewing roots to
the time of the ancient Greeks when this small yellow blossom was first

BREWING INSTRUCTIONS
Use one tea bag per person in a cup, pour 160ml of freshly boiled water onto the tea bag,
remove tea bag after 3 minutes and serve straight or after 5 minutes to add milk. Add sugar
