3 steps for a yummy treat in 60 seconds:
1. Add 2 measuring tbsp (40mL) of milk.
2. Stir until mixed.
3. Microwave for 1 minute.
Perfect for a sweet 3pm treat.
Get creative: Marshmallow melt
Prepare cake mixture as directed and fold through one tablespoon of mini marshmallows or, for a twist, add one tablespoon of peanut butter, gently stir through cake mixture and microwave as directed (be careful, marshmallows will be very hot!). Finish with a scoop of your favourite ice cream!
