Directions for use / Preparation Instructions
1. Shake well to loosen dry mix. Remove cap.
2. Add cold water to level shown on this label (1 2/3 cups or 410mL) and replace cap tightly.
3. Turn upside down and tap cap on bench to loosen mix.
4. Shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes.
5. Open cap slowly to release air after shaking.
6. Pour approx 80g (1/4 cup) of batter into hot, lightly greased non-stick frying pan.
7. Cook over a medium heat 1-2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Handy Hint:
Refrigerate any remaining batter and use within 3 days. Shake well before use.
Ingredients: Wheat flour, sugar, wheat starch, milk solids, raising agents (450, 500, 341), salt, whole egg powder, natural flavour (milk).
